Another Faction Environment Study

This is a continuation of my last environment, "The Rockshards Settlement". Decided to try to design another faction's settlement or place. But for this particular settlement, "Oil Junkies", I wrote them to be a faction that is scattered across the whole Old west. Their job is to protect the one and only Coal powered train, The "Coal 14".
